During Happy Hour, we mentioned a host of exciting changes. And even though you’ll have to wait until May 12 to see everything, we couldn’t leave you hanging! Here’s your first preview—let’s take a closer look at what’s new for Yoroni and Spires.

Domaru Damashi
Originally designed as a screening, sacrificial regiment, the Domaru Damashi turned out way too cool for that role. In fact, the sculpts were so impressive, they outgrew their original purpose entirely. Combined with Yoroni Brutes needing a bit more durability, we rethought how the Damashi support Yoroni in the early game.

Spires
Spires are easily one of the biggest winners in this update! Not only are they getting an incredible new model (we’ll tease you a bit more and save the details for another article), but several of their existing units are also getting a lot of love.
Let’s dive into the specifics!

Draw your next Command Card. If the Regiment is within 12″ of the Character Stand, it acts immediately, adds +2 to its March Characteristic and may have its Clash and Volley Characteristic set to 3 until the end of the Round. In addition, the Regiment suffers the Decay (3) (Decay (4) if it is a Brute or Cavalry Regiment), Decay (6) if it is a Monster Regiment) Special Rule until the end of the Round. The Character Stand then proceeds with the rest of its Activation. This Biomancy cannot be performed during the same Activation as Essence Transfer.
Marksmen Clones have their Barrage Range reduced to 20″
