Open Positions:


We are seeking a Sales Administrator  to join our team in Piraeus, Greece . 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the update and maintenance of the webstore, including store housekeeping, administrative duties, stock levels, price changes, etc.

  • Process daily orders and responsible for the sales and profits, and there will be an appropriate bonus for success at the end of each quarter.

  • Liaise with our warehouse team and our 3PL centres, to maintain updated appropriate stock levels using our e-commerce system.

  • Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for timely delivery.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.

  • Coordinate with technical support.

  • Collaborate with our sales management team for support and processes.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of integrity and honesty.

  • Proven track record as a team player, with a flexible approach to all tasks.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Education and Training Requirements: A university degree would be an advantage, but not required. Most important is the right temperament and attention to customer service that benefits our community, and our company accordingly. Flexible work hours will be required.

Experience: 2+ years in web retail/customer service oriented duties, highly regarded.

Salary: Salary scale commensurate with experience and skills.
