Adepticon featured the debut of the new First Blood and with it, our first official Tournament!

Players played 3 Rounds and competed in a day of friendly competition where dice were rolled, battles fought, and most importantly: First Blood was spilt!

Below were the Scenarios played in the event.

Mission – Territory – Encounter

Round 1:  Seize Ground – Battleline – First Blood

Round 2: Ritual – Spearhead- Relief Force

Round 3: Desecration – Crossroads – Conquest of Champions

An Unhallowed Sepulcher smashes its way through a Phalanx of City States. (This wasn’t part of my training!?!?)

Due to the Second Round’s Relief Force Encounter, Players selected a single Command Card to arrive later to the Battle. A particularly perilous (albeit humorous) pair of Relief Forces arrive, it is always important to watch your back!

3rd Place- Krieger

A fashionable and fierce fighting force of Imperial Warriors, this Warband brings a strong frontline of Steel and Imperial Legion supported by a cast of officers bellowing orders and drills to bring out the best of their soldiers.

2nd Place- Picotheguyyo

Led by a Jorogumo Geisha, this Yoroni Warband made clever use of the Geisha’s Dance of Discord Command Ability to ensure that the Domaru Damashi were always in the most opportune position, delivering a dizzying flurry of parries and parchment deep into the heart of Enemy Lines.

1st Place- GrammerPollice

An unshakeable phalanx of the Legions, this Warband requires purposeful placement to overcome the slow yet inevitable nature of the Old Dominion. Choosing the correct gameplan and sticking to it was the key to the Old Dominion’s success!

A merry time was had by all!
