Due to the worldwide postal shutdown of the link with the US Postal Service, we are unable to provide replacement parts or our typical customer service of warranty issues to US customers at this time in our typical fashion. Any replacement parts must be sent as an additional item in an order package via UPS, or be sent by UPS with a $30 fee. We apologize for this inconvenience.
